After few years Im gonna try to finish this :)

• Rector / ECS instead of PHPCSFixer (prepared basic config, will tweak based on changes)
• Updated old versions

Goals:

• at the moment make it Non-breakable
• Try to fix PHPStan warnings as much as possible.
